1. Requesting a Refund

  • Eligibility Period: You may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • How to Submit:
    1. Log in to your TommyThemes account.
    2. Open a new support ticket.
    3. State that you would like a refund and briefly explain why the theme or plugin did not meet your expectations.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window cannot be processed.

2. Exceptions

  • Automatic renewals of licenses or subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. You can disable auto-renewal up until the day before expiration in your account settings.
  • A second refund for the same theme or plugin will not be granted if you have already received one.
  • You may receive refunds for up to three different products per account. For exceptions, please contact our support team for review.

3. Refund Processing

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Once your request is approved, it typically takes 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement first.
  2. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. If the refund is still missing, open a ticket with our support team and include your order number and proof of payment.
